Dr. Sheri L. Swader, MD.

Dr. Sheri L. Swader, MD is a board-certified neurologist. Dr. Swader attended the University of Central Arkansas for B.S. in Chemistry. She, then, attended The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, Arkansas. She completed her three-year neurology residency at The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Prior to beginning her practice, Dr. Swader practiced general neurology for 13 years in Cullman, Alabama.

Dr. Robert G. Kirtley, MD.

Dr. Robert G. Kirtley, MD, FAAPMR, is an ultrasound interventionist and board- certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician. Dr. Kirtley attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. He, then, attended The Morehouse School of Medicine. Serving 10 years in active duty military service with the U.S. Army, Dr. Kirtley underwent his Internship (Tripler Army Medical Center) and Initial Radiology training. He trained in Aerospace medicine and practiced as a flight surgeon for two years at Fort Rucker, Alabama and three years of training at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He has extensive experience in musculoskeletal ultrasound and has guided interventions and regenerative medicine treatments. He also served as Chief of PM&R at Eisenhower Army Medical Center’s Interdisciplinary Pain Management Center for three years.

Justin K. Haskin, N.P.

Justin K. Haskin is a certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Justin received his B.S. in Nursing and his M.S. in Nursing-Advanced Nurse Practitioner from Valdosta State University. Justin has worked as a neurology nurse practitioner since May 2016. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, James worked as a Cardiac Intensive Care RN for two years at South Georgia Medical Center and two years as a graduate assistant at the Valdosta State University Student Health Center. Justin has received training to perform various nerve block procedures for the treatment of migraine headaches, shoulder pain, and lower back and hip pain caused by sciatic nerve irritation.

James R. Garrett, N.P.

James R. Garrett is a certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner. James received a B.S. in Nursing and Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University. He, then, completed his M.S. in Nursing-Advanced Nurse Practitioner from South University, Savannah, GA. James has worked as a neurology nurse practitioner since December 2018. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, James worked as a Cardiac Intensive Care RN for four years at South Georgia Medical Center. James has received training to perform various nerve block procedures for the treatment of migraine headaches, shoulder pain, and lower back and hip pain caused by sciatic nerve irritation.
